can I get the discount after change the payment method?
for example,
first,i payed for 1 month linode with $19.95.
after 1 month,if i feel good,I decided to pay the next 12 month.
at this time,can i get the discount?

You'll have to file a support ticket to switch to annual billing, but yes, they'll be happy to give you the discount.
