Just had a shutdown due to an open abuse ticket. No complaints about that at all, but it would have been handy if there was a notification or something on the initial login screen or a "!!!!" next to the username that something was pending ( or even that I had open support tickets or that a ticket had been updated) The ticket was only displayed under one of my 4 linodes which I rarely check ( and the TOS emails went to spam ) though I do log in to check they are running on the front screen.

Again, fully aware this was my own doing ... just a thought.
