It'd be nice if I could switch from one VPS to another in a single click. Right now, I need to click the Linodes tab, then select the next VPS. Sometimes I get interrupted and forget which VPS I already viewed.

While I'm not sure I need to iterate through all my Linodes that often, I'd definitely agree that simplified navigation among different Linodes in the Linode Manager would be welcome, whether I have a pen or not.

For me, in particular, I can't count the number of times I've wished it wasn't so stateful, but much more RESTful. Just being able to have a management page open for more than one Linode simultaneously would be great, as would being able to bookmark such pages. Actually, I'd like to be able to reference more than one account simultaneously, but realize that's more unlikely given how cookies are attached to domains.

There's already some dedicated vertical space where the "active" Linode is shown on each page - before I had multiple Linodes I originally figured that would show all Linodes and permit switching among them for that specific page, so that might be one possibility for the OP's request.

Right now it's actually risky to try to try to interact with more than one Linode simultaneously - if you have multiple pages open and change the selected Linode in any of the pages, the others are adjusted under the covers as well - if you're not careful and click through on one of them you might not get the result you are expecting.

So the current design does really force you to keep only a single view open, and always back up to the very top level to start over when moving among multiple Linodes. Not very efficient.
