Or at least I think so, anyway. Lately I've seen a lot of IRC connections from 69.164.199.241, specifically:

~c0a89260@li114-241.members.linode.com
~c0a89261@li114-241.members.linode.com
~c0a89262@li114-241.members.linode.com

Not only is the rDNS unhelpful, but the IP addresses encoded in the username are from RFC 1918 space: 192.168.146.96 through 192.168.146.98.

Not that this matters much, but...
