1. The same credentials you use to access Linode
2. API key

Which one do you use to while logging in the Linode iPhone app?

Method 1 is more convenient.

Any people using Method 2? What's your reason?

I believe there are some reasons behind that the app provide these 2 ways...

As per the FAQ, the app will simply retrieve the API key when entering the username / password.

I can't see any benefit in doing it either way. I'd say the username / password option was most likely put in there as a matter of convenience.

1) because you can't copy and paste the api key in.
