We are a small, UK based company who have developed our own hosted CMS solution. We currently have our own dedicated server located at a nearby data centre but are looking to move to a virtualized environment for cost savings and flexibility (especially as we get more people using our product). Linode is top of our list as a potential host due to its cost/performance/features but we've got one issue outstanding....

Currently we don't have a dedicated server admin, instead there are two developers on the team who have taught themselves the basics over the last 2-3 years. Our setup is a pretty simple LAMP affair and it normally ticks along fairly nicely. However now and again something breaks which is out of our capability. At this point we normally ring our colo hosts who login to the server and fix the issue.

Obviously Linode wont do this as its just their job to manage the underlying hardware and software, not to ensure our virtual server doesnt fall over because the server logs haven't been rotated (for example).

Are there any UK based 3rd party companies we can use for an extra helping hand once in a while managing our virtual server, helping us if it goes down etc. We really want some kind of SLA in place.
