While updating the packages listed in my Virtualmin something went wrong (it hung for a long time, don't have more specific information) and the sites running on it showed DB connection errors. Sites without DBs were fine. I then logged in to my control panel and did a reboot (reported result = success), now all sites are offline.

My server admin should get in contact with me shortly, meanwhile is there anything I can do myself to debug / fix this?

... and things are back online. Must have a been a small lag in the reboot, apologies for this useless post
