Hi,

I can not access to my site Teknikim.com from Turkey. However I am able to access it using a proxy site. Is this because of my ISP?

Yes, by http. Browser gives time out error.

It's not accesible from Turkey. I guess, propagation of changing host will take a few days, so I need to wait.

Turkey has nation-wide blacklisting policy. Stupidity of this fascist approach aside, there can be any number of issues with the implementation of the filter that cause this.
