Hi,

Have you considered having one or more servers in a European data center? To me as a European customer, the only serious drawback to Linode is the load times. I'm aware that bandwidth is a bit more expensive in Europe, and personally, I wouldn't mind having less bandwidth or having to pay a bit more if it meant my sites could be on a European server.

Hi,

I am based in the UK and do not see any major differences between load times from sites located on my linode and others to sites located in the UK.

I get less hops to my linode than I do a host located a mile away.

Which DC are you in?

Hi,

I'm in the UK too and response times are an issue (at times) for me.

At the moment I'm getting ~170ms which isn't bad to the states really, but it regularly goes up to 700's.
