On a just-installed Debian machine, I installed bash_completion (and I'm sourcing pretty standardly). When I try to use TAB for completion, however, I get this:

Code:
cd foo-bash: /dev/fd/62: No such file or directory

Everything after foo is Bash's error message, and I have no idea what might cause this. Any thoughts?
