i have received a warning that iam using Excessive Disk I/O.
till now i don't the cause.
i didn't consume all my memory or bandwidth of my account.
any one have idea to solve this problem.
iam just using Mybb Forum.

Are you sure you didn't just get a notification that you'd tripped the threshold for notification that your disk IO has passed a certain amount for the past two hours? Unless your disk IO is consistently in the high four figures, ignore it.
