Hello, I beg your pardon for my English and if the wrong section.

I ordered your server account used less than a day. Quality of service does not have built, and I deleted the account.
In the customer support told me that money back.
It took four days, but money is still no one returned.
What should I do about this?

Credit card refunds can take a while to appear on your statement, also no credit card statements will be updated over the weekend, I'd give it until Wednesday and if it's not showing call up your credit card and see if they've received it.

I can't imagine better quality of service than linode being found anywhere. I have vps' from three providers, and linode blows them all away. I post this for the casual reader. Linode rocks.

Monday the 17th is also a bank holiday in the U.S., which might delay things even more.

Tell me, delete the account does not imply an automatic refund?

Is it possible to restore it as my account?
And whether paid my money in my account?

This really isn't the best place to be asking a specific question like that. Send an email to support or open a ticket if you still have an account.

How do I close my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by logging into the Member's area, and clicking on the "Account" sub tab. From there, there's a cancel account link. If canceling within the first seven days, be sure to ask for a credit on the cancellation form. You can also remove all Linodes from your account via the "remove" link on the Linode Manager tab.
