Look for the advertisements and enterprise fee structure and you can get a pretty good idea of the revenue the site generates.

I'm doing Adsense, run a blog.

I think another good way to go is come up with a killer ebook idea, if its a winner you can always sell it on the Kindle, etc. The trouble is finding a good idea and writing something useful, and converting the traffic.
