When you have multiple Linodes on your account, you an create "groups" to keep things organized.

I do not have a ton of entries in the manager, but it would be nice if you could create groups. Then you could have groups for different linodes, a group for personal, one for business, etc....

Seems simple....

You can already, go to your linode > settings > display group.
