I'll start by saying something about Linode support. It is by far, the best support I have ever gotten from a VPS provider. Your questions are answered by a human, and extremely fast. Both times I have asked a question, I had a response in under five minutes. Just amazing.

The level of control you have over your VPS is also unprecedented. Being able to geographically place your VPS where you think it will best serve you or your users is just amazing. The setup process is very easy, they even have Stack Scripts which makes deploying common linux stacks like LAMP or LEMP just one click away.

Everything just works. Linode Manager is absolutely amazing.

Coming from a Media Temple (ve), Linode blows their service out of the water in every aspect.
