I don't see the update, I can't access the server. and no one reply my ticket, WTF?

Unusual linode are normally very quick at answering tickets, you can try calling them on USA (609) 593-7103 or visiting them in irc at http://www.linode.com/irc/

1. Give details of your problem
2. Post any errors
3. Post relevant logs.
4. Don't hide details i.e. your domain, it just makes things harder
5. Be polite or you'll be eaten by a grue

I might be missing something, but if I understand the timeline correctly, don't you have another 23 hours and 30 minutes to wait before they remove the nullroute?

My math gets the same result...
