I've head that HE.net had power outages during last year.
So now is it stable like others?

Yes. Every datacenter will fail, eventually. That's why there's five of them.

It did have a spate of power outages - I think this was due both to some problems at the datacenter, and some problems with the utilities in the area.

However it has been stable since, I'm sure there will be outages again but I don't think it will have much more problems than the others. (Maybe a bit more, since there are power problems in california and redundant systems seem to mostly not work).
