I submitted a ticket this evening (Sunday), requesting an IPv6 block of 4096 addresses. (They are available for free, but you must request them manually.)

The /116 block was allocated and my ticket was resolved in exactly 32 seconds.

Their slogan is "freaky fast, freaky good", and is usually not undeserved. You order and pay at a the counter, and by the time you're done paying, the sandwich is usually made.
