I am new to linode and vps's.

I was just wondering why a new installation of lightpd webserver has a drupal icon in the browser tab when I visit the root directory.

Edit..Actually... funny how the process of posting a topic often has the effect of triggering the answer a few moments later.

I just moved an old unused domain over to linode and actually forgot that it was created with drupal. I guess my web browser (chrome) is caching the icon for some reason.

Browsers remember favicons for a loooooooong time.

There are browser extensions that can force Chrome to refresh the favicon, change it something else, or delete it altogether. Have fun. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search?q=favicon
