I am getting this error when trying to connect to my Linode VPS using Putty:

Network error: Connection refused

Did you change your SSH port? You can also log in through Lish to investigate/correct the problem-

Yes I changed it and also in Putty but getting this error still

Did you restart SSH daemon after changing it? Check through Lish if SSH is listening on port you have set up (netstat)
