I recently installed the ebishop stackscript for a Wordpress site on my linode. I logged into my stfp via FileZilla and I was able to see everything fine. I then downloaded FTPonthegoPro from the app store and logged in and could only view files in the root directory. I used the same log-in info but cannot view files outside of root. Has anyone used this app before. On FileZilla I see the directory before root is #/# that I'm trying to access.
