i have setup a new linode with deb
i have the ips 67.18.176.175 li9-175.members.linode.com,
67.18.176.176 67.18.176.177

i have never sshd in too it, do i use root@ or user@
or do i have to configure something else first

i cant connect to it in any way via ssh, even with verbose
it doesnt do anything, i get no error

i can ping my gw though 67.18.176.1 from an external shell

I have just initiated ssh connections to 67.18.176.175, 67.18.176.176 and 67.18.176.177 and in each case was offered a host public key so sshd is running and configured. You should ssh in using root@ and the password you assigned when you deployed the distro.
