Hello,

My name is Aryeh Goretsky and I am a researcher with ESET, which makes the NOD32 antivirus software. Right now, I'm helping out with some of our anti-piracy efforts.

Linode recently started hosting www.cheapest-antivirus.com on IP address 106.187.43.139, which resolves to li386-139.members.linode.com.

This web site is used to sell pirated copies of ESET's software. For example: http://www.cheapest-antivirus.com/buy-cheap-eset-nod32-antivirus-5-2-pcs-2-years/.

I looked through Linode's About and FAQ pages and did not see any information about how to contact their abuse or legal/DMCA compliance departments, so sent an email to service@linode.com on Monday, but I have not received any reply (ticket number from their help desk system, confirmation that they received the email and are investigating, et cetera).

Is there another email address or method I should use to contact them, or would it be better to send a letter via certified mail? If so, to whom should it be addressed?
