I'm considering to host a website here @ Linode, it seams good enough for my website.
But , I'm asking if anyone tried Codeigniter and is it working without hacks/code changes?
BTW,Codeigniter is a lightweight PHP framework that doesn't require installing, just upload it and it'll run like native PHP.
The reason i'm asking this question , is because I had problems with previous hosting company.
So I wanted to make sure that my website will work , without consuming too much time.

Never tried it but it should work fine, once you install php and a web server (pick a guide in the library) you can make your server run whatever you like.

Best thing to do is try it, linode pro-rata your charges so you only pay for the number of days you use.

If you know how to install a LAMP system then yes I can confirm that codeigniter definitely works out of the box and without hacking it

I'm currently developing my latest project using CI so I know it works fine here.
