I continue to be impresssed since first signing up for Linode. I submitted an upgrade ticket and within two minutes Chris already had me set to go. I've even obtained an additional laptop at home to run my linux server but I'm just going to use it as a file server now. Great service at a great price is a great way to retain.

Not everyone is as lucky to get the same speed response on stuff all the time, but yes, for the 2+ months I've been signed up now, I've been very happy with my purchase.
