Better Details = Better Answers !

"seems to work" is not a detail

Lol - the back end IS working, everything i have tried has worked as expected. The issue is on the front end and default templte with it putting up a blank screen.. It works on my iPad which uses a different template for mobiles, it is the default front end template that is having isues and was working OK on my original hosting server. I dont know how to track down the cause, so i need help...

Once again, we're supposed to GUESS what's working and then automagically infer what's not?

Either post some details or you're on your own.

Geeeeesh I hate it when people want help and then expect the community to play 20 questions guessing what's the real problem.

Good luck with that.

:( i thought i did that better. The back end is working, as i said everything i tried in the backend has worked and i dont see anything that is not working.

The front end however is just putting up a blank screen and nothing works. If you go to http://pocketfiction.com you will see this.

I just mentione the mobile version working as just a datapoint as it may point to the blank screen issues cause. By working i mean performing as expected and without error.

Sorry if i was not clear, im trying...

Never mind, i tracked the problem down to a missing php module. Thanks for your help...

Hi fstltna,

I am also experiencing the same problem ...""blank screen"...but able to login to back end. Could you please help me out to fix this issue or explain which php module has to be reinstalled. Need to fix the below site http://joomla.greenestep.com/desperately.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,
Lentin Varghese
