About half a year ago I purchased a Linode 768 on the annual plan/subscription. I now want to upgrade my plan to either the 1024 or 1536 - due to previously unforeseen circumstances, I'm planning on needing a bit extra storage and memory. How would I upgrade my plan, and how would it affect my payments (and what can I expect the cost to be)?

You'll probably get a quicker answer on this by opening a ticket.

You simply go to the resize tab, and select the new size you want. It'll then be shut down, and moved, and then booted again.

Linode will prorate the charge, so if you paid for a year, and upgrade when you have used 6 months, it'll put the rest of the 6 months towards paying for the upgraded linode.
