Is there a good time of day to do a resize to another plan? I'm currently in the middle of a migration to a 4GB server and the speed seems to be fluctuating between 14 and 20MB/s. My 160GB disk image is going to take about two and a half hours to migrate. This is quite a long time for us and ideally I'd like to minimise downtime.

Does it make a difference migrating at a less busy time? I would have thought 9 in the evening would be relatively quiet but maybe the early hours of the morning would be better.
