Anyone else's backups failing? Been experiencing this for over a week now. All were blown away in the beginning and couldn't be recovered. Been on and off now past few days. Did receive a credit for it, so thats good.

Got an e-mail about a problem with backups recently, ignored it as they said they were resolving the issue and we have multiple levels of backup.

Ditto I've had a couple of emails about it.

1. Give details of your problem
2. Post any errors
3. Post relevant logs.
4. Don't hide details i.e. your domain, it just makes things harder
5. Be polite or you'll be eaten by a grue
