We were having a problem with our Linode being blocked by IP from sending mail to Hotmail/Outlook/Live accounts. Contacted Linode and got a very useful reply from jmusbach pointing to a well-hidden form at live.com that I absolutely could not find from the troubleshooting page in Microsoft's error message.

The problem really didn't have anything to do with the hosting, but John really saved us a lot of time and frustration.
