Ubuntu server is experiencing strange high IO stat.

Meanwhile CPU wa value is high. As a beginner really have no idea what's going on but this is definitely abnormal. Guys please advice. Thanks.

Step 1) check what's doing the I/O (and CPU): iotop/htop

Step 2) Stop it from doing the I/O (or decide that the I/O is ok)

Step 3) ???

Step 4) Cloud

Thanks Akerl. Identified jbd2 was the cause. But how to locate the log file and stop this?
