This is my current status of my linode backup!

First auto-alarm was raised by Linode 3 days ago and the support ticket was automatically closed without any further clarification. The second has been open for a day without much helpful response yet.

Sorry, forgot to update this. After some delay and escalation process, this has supposedly been resolved - " We have, at this time, resolved the issue that was causing the failures with your Backup Service previously mentioned."

Indeed, the backup has been successful for 20, 21 and 22 dates. So, looks like it has been resolved.

I just opened a ticket. My backups have failed since 20 July. They said they are still working on the problem. No ETA yet.
