I have a site at my other host (inmotionhosting) and I was able to access the site via

XX.XXX.XXX/~username

I am running LEMP on my Linode....is there a way to access it to build the site before updating the nameservers?

I'm also running virtual hosts.

Make an entry in the hosts file on your workstation, e.g.

192.168.1.4 domain.com www.domain.com
