Hello all,

I recently added in the following SPF record to my Linode DNS manager:

Name: infusionsoft
Value: v=spf1 mx include:infusionmail.com -all
TTL: Default

Since then, my users have been unable to send intra-domain email (from someone@artfairsoucebook.com to else@artfairsourcebook.com), though they're able to send and receive from other domains without a problem. I'm not 100% sure that the SPF record is to blame but that's the only thing that's changed recently since they identified the issue. Does anyone see a problem with my SPF record or would this be unrelated?

Thanks to anyone who can help!

You are telling the Internet that if you receive an email that doesn't meet these rules:
Quote:
v=spf1 a:infusionsoft.com ip4:208.76.24.0/22 ip4:70.166.203.186 -all

reject it. So does the "intra domain" emails you're sending match?

More importantly, I would check the logs for the email server you are using. This is the only way you'll know the exact problem you are having and if it's even related to the SPF record or not.
