Hi, I am new to Linode,
I am also learning Joomla and Wordpress,
I have downloaded Joomla and now want to download Wordpress.
How do I switch off from one CMS to the other. Shut down 1 and go to another on the same ip address.

You don't necessarily shut one off, but it's based on what folders they are installed in and where you visit. For instance, you can have one folder with Wordpress installed and manage that there, then another with Joomla. If you ever want to remove Wordpress or Joomla, erase that folder (carefully!) and clean out your database if desired.
