Hello Folks,

I am new to Linode. I am unable to access my site. I contact support team. They told me that MySQL server didn't running. I am trying following command to start MySQL.
Code:
sudo service mysql start
and I got bellow error message.

Code:
root@www:~# sudo service mysql start
start: Job failed to start

If MySQL didn't start through command then how I start it manually? Please guide me.

You don't need to use `sudo` as the root user. As fos asked, knowing which distro would help. Also, did you check if you have disk space left?
