After upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04 everything seems to be working fine for all services except one. Linodes LISH.

When I try to connect using LISH from the Remote Access page it reports 'No passwd entry for user 'ABC....' '

I tried to add the user via Putty but still no joy using LISH.

Any idea on how can I reauthenticate LISH, or the user LISH uses?
