I've been trying to setup Firehol using the instructions here, but am stumped at this point:

wget http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/source ... 91.tar.bz2

where I get a connection refused. I've searched around, tried substituting 1.226 for 1.191 tried mirrors other than belnet but still having the same results. (Well sometimes I get a 404 error instead of the connection refused when trying other mirrors.)

Didn't have any problems at all with the prior steps.
